Park Theatre
The Park cinema was built in the 1950’s according to a design by architect France Novak and is today a listed building. The project preserves all of the major architectural elements. A large modern hall was added to the existing building. Through the conversion of the cinema into a theatre and concert hall the city of Murska Sobota reinforces its position as a regional centre while at the same time preserving this exceptional example of Slovenian modernist architecture.
