The structure of the memorial home is modelled on the houses in the near vicinity. The facility’s simple design serves a variety of purposes for which it was built. The exposed black framework above the entrance door represents a portal indicating the way in. When required it can serve as a scenery for an improvised stage. Upstairs there is a library and a temporary exhibition room.
