Farmhouse renovation

The principle of the renovation was the consistent preservation of the traditional design of the house in the shape of letter L, its architectural features and details of the entire complex. The oldest part was restored by original methods, using original materials. The new wing of the farm replaces the destroyed and worn-out swine shed from the 1980’s. Its modern design differs from the old house. The center of the house is an oven that connects the old and new part as the main heating device and a “household appliance”. The renovation of the shed was followed by the design of a new wing of the farmhouse.
