A House on the Countryside

Built for a family of four, the house is located on the edge of a small village in Savinjska valley. The program is distributed into three volumes – residential, service and utility. Typologically, the image of the building draws from the local context, rounding out the silhouette of its surroundings. The defining feature of the interior is a double-height volume above the living area, connecting the public ground floor to the private upper floor, granting an open atmosphere to the outwardly conventional house.
