The Nordika project stems from a precise analysis of the urban fabric: the fa\u00e7ade adapts to the local scale and color palette. The use of color in the fa\u00e7ade design allows the building to harmoniously integrate into Ljubljana\u2019s urban texture.<\/p>\n

\u00bbOur planning process usually follows an outside-in approach. We start by checking regulatory requirements and feasibility\u2014spatial provisions and implementation conditions, designing the building\u2019s dimensions and volume constraints\u2014then we shape the exterior based on context, aesthetics, and efficiency. Only after finalizing the exterior design do we create the interior, ensuring practical, comfortable, and bright layouts.\u00ab<\/em><\/p>\n

This approach allows the building to reflect the urban context while introducing modern material and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n

\u00bbMaybe we have \u2018Viking blood\u2019 in the sense that we\u2019re inspired by our traditions and cultures. For example, the \u2018right to roam\u2019 is very important in Norway. It allows unrestricted access to the countryside. We carry this generosity into our projects by creating spaces for people and ensuring maximum public access.\u00ab<\/em><\/p>\n

This philosophy is reflected in Nordika\u2019s design of shared spaces, rooftop terraces, and transparent layouts that allow light and visual connection between residents and the city.<\/p>\n
