Over 100 exceptional architects sent in their works, over 100 homeowners and building managers were contacted, 200 presentations were written and 50 volunteers were standing by. Our six member jury selected the best quality works to be presented during this year&#8217;s festival called <\/span><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00bbArchitecture for future generations\u00ab.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">We were prepared, but the covid-19 emergency disrupted our plans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" align=\"center\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Nevertheless we decided to inaugurate our online festival on April 17, 2020, at 5 pm.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" align=\"center\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">YOU CAN PAY US A VIRTUAL VISIT\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"SL\"><a href=\"https:\/\/odprtehiseslovenije.org\/festival-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">HERE<\/span><\/b><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">If mass events can safely be held this autumn, the festival will take place from\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>25th to 27th September, 2020<\/strong>, <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">when you will be invited to vote for your favourite architecture to be awarded the OHS AWARD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">We are looking forward to your online visit of the selected buildings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Until a treatment or a vaccine against the coronavirus is available, the physical space of architecture and design will remain THE MOST EFFICIENT SOLUTION for a healthy life.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"dContent\">\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-76682 \" src=\"https:\/\/odprtehiseslovenije.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Slika_napoved-programa-prihodnje-generacije-1-300x203.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"863\" height=\"584\" \/><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear visitors, explorers and supporters of Slovenian architecture!
