InnoRenew CoE, Center of excellence for research and innovation in the field of renewable materials and a healthy living environment
The building of the InnoRenew CoE research institute is so far the largest wooden building in Slovenia, built according to the principles of sustainable development and the latest architectural know-how. This interior was the first in Slovenia designed according to the principles of REED (Restorative Environmental and Ergonomic Design) which is based on the use of natural resources and creating ergonomically designed accessible, flexible and sustainable construction. The integrated and consistently executed concept is distinguished by the use of a uniform material, where all cladding and most of the fixtures are made of wood.
